About Marlena
I am an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist working in private practice with experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions across different age groups and activity levels. I have worked with clients presenting with sports injuries, running injuries, overuse conditions, gym-related pain, and general movement dysfunction.
My clinical experience has involved assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients using a combination of manual therapy techniques and structured exercise-based rehabilitation programmes. I take a goal-focused approach, aiming to restore movement quality, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.
I enjoy working with both active individuals and those looking to return to everyday activities comfortably and confidently.

As a Physiotherapist who works in private practice, I offer Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment sessions. Sessions begin with a detailed assessment to identify the cause of your injury or movement issue. Treatment is then fully individualised and may include manual therapy and progressive exercise-based rehab tailored to your sport or activity goals. The aim is to restore movement, build strength, and support a safe return to training and performance.
