About Charisse
I’ve been playing and studying music since I was a very small child.
Studying music both in Australia (with a Bachelor degree) and abroad (in South Africa-studying through UNISA), I've had opportunities to explore the music genre in many forms. These include Opera, Classical performance, contemporary songwriting, stage craft, Musical Theatre…. Just to name a few.
Piano is what got me started with music, piano is what saw me through all my musical passions.

A practical, fun and effective approach to learning the piano from scratch. My students not only learn to play, but to understand piano music-reading, writing, interpreting.
All my students have opportunities to compete in Eisteddfods, play in grading exams, or simply play for fun for family and friends.
Regardless of whether piano is their main instrument, it is a great foundation for laying the groundwork for future music endeavours.
