About Mara
My teaching methodology focuses on creating a personalized, engaging, and practical learning experience for each student. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students connect theoretical concepts to practical applications, whether mastering classical piano techniques or exploring contemporary music styles.
I customize lessons based on each student’s skill level, learning style, and goals, ensuring an enjoyable and effective learning process. Patience and encouragement guide my teaching, fostering a supportive environment where students feel confident to explore, practice, and grow.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and composition, providing a comprehensive foundation for aspiring musicians. By blending structured lessons with creative exploration, I help students not only master technical skills but also develop their unique musical expression. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love for music while empowering students to reach their full potential.

I am a dedicated Piano Tutor with 8 years of experience teaching students of all levels, from beginners to advanced musicians. Over the years, I have successfully guided 150–200 students, helping them develop technical skills, musical understanding, and a deep love for the instrument. My lessons are designed to be both structured and enjoyable, ensuring steady progress while keeping students engaged and motivated.
My teaching approach combines practical techniques with real-life applications. I use examples from classical and contemporary music to make complex concepts more relatable and easier to understand. I emphasize performance, theory, and composition, helping students not only play pieces accurately but also understand the music behind them and develop their creative expression.
In addition to technical skills, I focus on building confidence, patience, and musicality. I incorporate ear training, improvisation, and problem-solving exercises to make learning well-rounded and interactive. My adaptable and supportive style ensures that each student’s individual goals are met, whether preparing for exams, performances, or personal musical growth. My ultimate aim is to nurture each student’s unique musical potential and inspire a lifelong love for piano.
