About Macy
I have 12 years of experience teaching piano and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. Music has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy helping students experience the joy and confidence that come from learning an instrument. Teaching allows me to share that passion every day.
My approach combines technical development with musical creativity. I help students strengthen their skills while encouraging them to explore different styles, ideas, and forms of expression. Every learner is supported with patience, structure, and practical guidance throughout their musical journey.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of teaching is seeing students achieve goals they once thought were difficult. I enjoy creating a positive environment where learners feel motivated to grow and challenge themselves. Together, we can build strong piano skills and a deeper connection to music.

My piano lessons focus on helping students discover music through both structure and creativity. We explore note reading, rhythm training, finger independence, chord progressions, ear development, and musical interpretation through practical exercises and engaging activities. Lessons are designed to build strong foundations while keeping learning enjoyable.
I encourage students to develop confidence through active participation and consistent practice. Alongside technical skills, we work on expression, dynamics, coordination, and musical storytelling. Every lesson creates opportunities for growth while allowing students to enjoy the process of making music.
Lessons are personalized to suit each learner’s goals, interests, and experience level. Whether students are learning for personal enjoyment, performance opportunities, or long-term development, they receive clear guidance and encouragement. My goal is to help every learner become a confident and expressive pianist.
