About Vaughn
With 13 years of experience in piano instruction, I offer a rich blend of expertise in jazz harmony, composition, and improvisation. My lessons are designed to cater to students of all ages, providing a personalized approach that aligns with each individual’s musical aspirations and skill level. I am dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential by fostering both technical proficiency and creative expression.
My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment. I believe that each student’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and interests. By combining structured practice with opportunities for creative exploration, I aim to build a strong foundation in piano while encouraging a love for music that extends beyond the classroom.
Outside of teaching, I am deeply passionate about music in all its forms. I enjoy composing original pieces, experimenting with different musical styles, and performing in various settings. Additionally, I love exploring new cuisines, hiking in nature, and capturing moments through photography. In addition to my dedication to teaching, I am passionate about exploring various musical styles and compositions.
