About Dalton
My teaching methodology for piano is built on Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, and Collaboration. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons to match their goals, pace, and learning style. I encourage students to stay committed and take responsibility for their progress by setting clear goals and practicing regularly. I also focus on being honest and supportive, giving clear feedback that helps students grow with confidence. I work closely with each student to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Lessons are designed to be flexible, enjoyable, and goal-oriented, so students feel motivated and supported. I also teach related subjects like music theory and composition to give students a deeper understanding of music. With this approach, students not only learn to play the piano but also develop discipline, creativity, and a strong connection to music.

I am a passionate and dedicated piano tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching over 300 students, helping them develop their skills in piano performance, theory, and composition. My love for education drives me to create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student can thrive and build their confidence.
I believe that music is a powerful tool for personal growth, and I focus on making each lesson meaningful and enjoyable. Over the years, I have helped students achieve their goals, whether it’s preparing for exams, performing in recitals, or simply enjoying the art of music. My students have gone on to win awards and pursue music further, which I consider a true testament to their hard work and dedication.
