About Emilia
I am a qualified Level 4 Nutrition Coach and experienced Pilates instructor who teaches online. My sessions are designed for women of all ages, especially beginners and those returning to movement after injury, burnout, or hormonal changes. I offer 45–60 minute classes that combine practical Pilates training with realistic, supportive nutrition guidance. My coaching is built around personalisation, education, and building long-term strength—without guilt or restriction.
