About Teresa

Hola, me llamo Tere y estudié Derecho y me he dedicado durante muchos años a las ventas en empresas tecnológicas.
Los años pasaban y siempre había dentro de mi una sensación de insatisfacción que me acompañaba a todos los sitios.
Durante mucho tiempo quería estudiar una formación en Coaching, pero no sabía como orientarlo, pero dentro de mi había algo que me decía que este camino era para mi. Ayudar a los demás, a mis amigos y familiares era algo que hacía de manera natural y me hacía feliz. Por ello el año pasado decidí hacer un máster en Coaching con PNL el Institut Gestalt en Barcelona. Desde el primer minuto supe que algo empezaba a cambiar dentro de mi, ya que cuando haces algo que te conecta con tu esencia, vibras de otra manera y empecé a sentirme muy plena.
Acabé el máster en Junio y por eso, me gustaría ayudaros a conseguir vuestros objetivos, a conectar con vuestra esencia y acompañaros a llevar una vida lo mas equilibrada posible entre vuestros deseos y lo que necesitáis.
Esta soy yo y me encantaría estar con vosotros en vuestros procesos de cambio!
