I am Jeanine Corringham, 43 year old mom of one.
X-gymnast/coach/judge
Owned my Dance Fitness Creations Studio 2006-2013.
Regional colours in Pole Sport
Closed studio after I had my son and continued private lessons as well as group leasons at gentlemans clubs in jhb. Its always been a passion to have fun while getting fit.... And feeling good about yourself.

Gymnastics exercises are added to some classes to help develop spatial awareness as well as build an amazingly toned body!
We have packages of 3 to 6 months, you can also choose how many classes per week you can commit to.
