About Jahanvi

Hello, I’m Jahanvi, a dedicated and approachable Social Science teacher with a strong academic background in Political Science and formal training in Education. I hold a Master’s degree in Political Science and am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which allows me to combine subject expertise with modern teaching practices. I have practical teaching experience with school-level students, where I have designed lesson plans, explained concepts clearly, and supported learners with different abilities and learning speeds. I have also worked with students from diverse backgrounds, which has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills. I believe effective teaching is built on clarity, consistency, and encouragement. I make sure students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing doubts, and I focus on building strong foundations that lead to long-term academic confidence. About the lesson

As a Social Science teacher, my approach is student-centred and concept-based. I focus on helping students understand why a topic works the way it does, rather than encouraging rote learning. I use simple language, real-life examples, and guided questioning to make abstract ideas easier to grasp.

A typical class begins with a quick revision of previous concepts, followed by a structured explanation of the new topic. I encourage students to ask questions during the session and include short activities or discussions to check understanding. Each class ends with a brief recap and practice questions to reinforce learning.

My special strength as a teacher is patience and adaptability. I adjust my teaching style according to the student’s pace and learning needs, and I make sure the environment is comfortable and supportive, especially for students who feel hesitant or lack confidence in the subject.

My classes are intended mainly for school-level students, especially middle school learners, who want to build strong fundamentals in Social Science, improve academic performance, and gain confidence in their understanding of the subject.
