About Giselle
I'm a Business Polytechnic student with a genuine passion for English, reading, and writing. Tutoring allows me to put that passion to work, sharpening my own communication skills while making quality English lessons accessible to students who need them. I take this responsibility seriously and am committed to helping each student build confidence and real progress in their English skills.

I focus on meeting students where they're at and helping them build toward working independently, rather than just pushing through a fixed pace. I model a problem, we do one together, then I step back and let them try, only nudging with questions when they get stuck.
Lesson duration of 1-2 hours, with short breaks based on how long the student can stay focused.
I'm new to tutoring formally, but I've worked as an ad hoc relief teacher supporting lower primary kids with their schoolwork, which gave me a practical feel for how young learners think and where they get stuck.
My lessons are for lower primary students (roughly P1-P3, ages 6-9) needing general schoolwork support.
