About Hannah
Hi, I'm Hannah and I am a post-A-level student on a gap year, starting my course to study Dentistry in September 2024. In the meantime, I would love to use all my skills, tips and tricks that I used to gain A*AA at A-level and twelve 9's at GCSE to help you in your academic journey. I'm a kind and friendly face, with a love for all things science and and maths that I would love to inspire in you. I have experience with teaching, having tutored 11+ candidates before in widening participation in outreach programmes, as well as being a teaching NCO within my CCF. I love all things music and literature andin my spare time you will find me running, doing yoga or with my dog, a brown lab called Cocoa. I have an incredibly patient disposition and I can't wait to help you fly through your exams.

With A*AA at A-level, previous experience tutoring for the 11+ and teaching with school through mentor schemes, my lessons are for 11+ grammar school candidates as well as support maths, biology and chemistry at GCSE level. Lesson length can vary to the students needs from 45 minutes to 120 minutes. My approach is largely student-led, taking into account their areas of weakness and common tricky topics in their exams in order to see the most improvement for the work we put in. I like to strip topics back to their basics and try multiple ways of understanding, especially through visual and kinetic learning, e.g. models, to try and get you the best results attainable for you.
