About Arti

1- Educational Background: I hold a B.Sc. in Life Sciences (Zoology & Botany) from Bundelkhand University and am completing my M.A. in Clinical Psychology (IGNOU).

About the lesson

1. The Weekly Learning Cycle:

1- 4 Days of Syllabus Mastery: We break down complex biological mechanisms and psychological frameworks using memorable, real-world examples.

2- 1 Day of Dedicated Doubt Clearing: A judgment-free zone where students can clear their confusion comfortably.

3- Weekend Presentation Tests: A unique test where students explain topics back to me open-book. They choose two questions they love, and I choose the rest. This eliminates exam fear and builds massive confidence.

2. Beyond the Classroom (The Safe Space)
1- A Mentally Healthy Environment: As someone pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, my student's mental health is my top priority. If I notice a student is struggling with severe stress or anxiety, I actively lower the syllabus pressure to take care of their well-being first.

2- Parental Support: If a student is going through a tough phase, I schedule supportive discussions with parents to help create a healthier, stress-free routine at home.

3- Career Guidance: I act as a long-term mentor, helping students navigate their academic goals, project planning, and future career directions smoothly.
