As a dedicated Maths tutor, I bring a strong academic foundation and extensive teaching expertise to my lessons. Currently pursuing an MSc in Economics and Finance at King’s College London, I have consistently excelled academically, achieving top scores in both GCSE and A-Level Maths. My educational journey is complemented by a dual degree in Economics and Statistics, providing me with a solid grasp of advanced mathematical concepts, including calculus, trigonometry, and linear algebra.

My teaching methodology focuses on a personalised approach, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to the individual student. I employ interactive techniques that encourage participation, such as problem-solving sessions, group discussions, and real-life applications of mathematical concepts. I have a deep knowledge of key areas, including Calculus, Trigonometry, Algebra, Geometry and Statistics which allows me to clarify complex topics effectively. Emphasising a deep understanding rather than rote memorisation, I break down complex topics into simpler parts and use visual aids to clarify.
Additionally, lessons include practice assessments and reviews of previous year question papers, allowing students to familiarise themselves with exam patterns and gain a comprehensive understanding of what to expect. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time for instruction, practice, and feedback. With a strong academic background, including an MSc in Economics and Finance from King’s College London and a dual BA in Economics and Statistics, I have also achieved the top scores in GCSE and A-Level Maths.
My lessons cater to GCSE and A-Level students, ensuring each learner feels supported and empowered to reach their academic goals.

My experience with Devika has been great! I found her to be friendly and easy going which helped reduce anxiety when learning a particularly difficult topic. She has no problem repeating concept and will stay focused and help you till you get it right.
