About Soham
I'm a computational biologist with an M.Sc. in Marine Biotechnology from Goa University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biotechnology, where I graduated as the highest scorer in my class. I worked as a Project Associate at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, building metagenomics pipelines that run from raw Illumina and Nanopore reads to assembled genomes, phylogenies and functional annotation. I have co-authored two 2026 papers and presented at national and international conferences. I explain methods in plain language, document every step, and make results reproducible. I work in English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani.

I hold an M.Sc. in Marine Biotechnology and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biotechnology, where I graduated as the highest scorer. My classes cover molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology and recombinant DNA technology. Each session starts from your syllabus and your weak spots, uses diagrams and worked examples, and ends with practice questions. Suitable for university students and anyone refreshing biotechnology fundamentals. Sessions are online in English, Hindi, Marathi or Konkani.
