About Lauren
With 10 years of experience as a French tutor, I have guided around 150–200 students in building their language skills and confidence. I believe in personalised learning and design each lesson to match the unique needs and learning style of every student. My teaching combines clear explanations with practical exercises, helping students understand concepts and apply them effectively.
I incorporate interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and conversation practice to make lessons engaging and relevant. Known for my patience and adaptability, I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and improve. My aim is to make French learning both effective and enjoyable.

Through empathy and compassion, I create a safe and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable experimenting with the language and learning from their mistakes. Communication is at the core of my methodology, with a strong focus on interactive learning through conversations, listening exercises, and expressive practice.
Collaboration is encouraged through engaging activities such as dialogue building, role-playing, and real-life simulations, which help students apply their knowledge in practical contexts. Along with French, I incorporate relevant subjects such as grammar, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, and cultural awareness.
This holistic approach ensures that students not only achieve language proficiency but also develop the confidence and skills needed to use French effectively in real-world situations.
