About Rahul

My name is Rahul. I have experience as a corporate lawyer as well as a practicing lawyer. My heart lies in arguing before a court. I believe in being a 360-degree lawyer. A lawyer who knows everything under the sun. Let’s make some awesome lawyers.

About the lesson

A practicing lawyer having experience of over 9 years across forums in Delhi. From Supreme Court of India to High Court, tribunals NCLT, ITAT, DRT, NGT, CAT, district courts, etc. I have an experience in working with a law firm as well. I’m equally efficient in drafting contracts, agreements across domains such as employment agreements, NDA, privacy policies, shareholder agreement, commission agreement, cookie policy, IPR drafting, trademark registration , patent, copyright, etc. You would also get to learn about how to practice in jurisdiction of the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, etc. I hold a degree in law from CLC, Delhi University and a degree in Company Secretary from ICSI.
I find it interesting in guiding people in law, current affairs, legal understanding and overall personality development of an aspiring lawyers to build them a 360 degree personality.
My expertise lies in civil laws like CPC, Limitation Act, Specific Relief Act, Evidence Act, criminal laws like IPC, Cr.Pc, etc. I also deal in Tax laws, Companies Act, Constitutional Law, other emerging laws like privacy law, tech laws, etc
So if you are looking to learn law in the most comprehensive manner, you have got me. We are not just going to have textbook knowledge, but practical nuances in field of law.
