Syllabus oriented learning has never been my cup of tea. I believe in teaching students after understanding their base interests and inclinations. For someone having a keen interest in cars, learning concepts of physics through such examples would be just a cakewalk. Communication has seemed to be a barrier in the academic growth of many students. Therefore, I try to be adaptive with such additional situations and these child-to-child improvisations in teaching method is my shining suit
