About Rohan
I take a calm and consistent approach to tutoring, focusing on helping students build confidence step by step rather than rushing through content. I believe progress comes from understanding why methods work, not just memorising them.
I aim to make sessions engaging and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions freely and learn from mistakes without pressure. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s needs, whether that’s strengthening core understanding or refining exam technique.

I take a structured and exam-focused approach to tutoring, ensuring students fully understand key concepts before applying them to exam-style questions. My teaching method is based on breaking down difficult topics into clear, step-by-step explanations, followed by guided practice and independent questions to build confidence and accuracy. I place strong emphasis on exam technique, common mistakes, and how to maximise marks using mark schemes.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long, which allows enough time to cover concepts in depth while also practising exam questions effectively. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed for revision or exam preparation.
My lessons are suitable for Pre-and-current GCSE students who want to improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve higher grades in Mathematics.
