Primary + GCSE Science Tutor (Applied and Triple) with Strong Academic Record and Recent Exam Experience

I reached out to Safa for help in my science GCSEs this year as a year 11 doing triple science. I had a great experience learning with Safa, very helpful, patient and encouraging. Thanks to her I am confident that I have done well in my exams!

I know Safa through secondary school. I was in year 10 at the time, and she was in my lessons, but we would not talk at all. I had chosen triple science, but when mocks came around, my grades were all at 3, chemistry even being a U. That's when I asked Safa her grades, and she had gotten 8's and 9's. I was very surprised as Safa would always be a joy in the classroom, but somehow she retained so much information, so I started calling her to help me revise.
There was one particular instance where we called for 5 hours straight, and not once did I want to take a break from revision, which I had never ever done before. She taught me slowly but never lingered on the same topic too long, allowing us to move fast and efficiently whilst also having fun. She took teaching me, as a friend, so seriously that she even created a timetable of what we should revise. By the end of the year, in my higher triple science GCSEs, my grades went to 7's and 8's, and I knew that if it wasn't for her, I would not have done any good. The whole while, it never felt draining; it felt like a nice session of revision, but it dragged my grades SO HIGH. She is a determined teacher who can assess a person's weaknesses and strengths in a small timeframe and use them to plan the most efficient route of teaching. I recommend her to every student who doesn't have motivation and needs sturdy results, fast.
