About Marcello
I am a graduate with a Master of Teaching (Primary) and a strong passion for helping children build confidence and success in Mathematics. I enjoy supporting primary school students to develop clear understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive mindset towards learning. My approach is patient, structured, and encouraging, ensuring each student feels supported at their own level. I am particularly motivated to help students prepare for NAPLAN by strengthening core skills and reducing anxiety through guided practice and clear strategies.

My lessons focus on building strong Maths foundations for primary school students, with particular support for NAPLAN preparation. I help students develop confidence in number sense, problem solving, and mathematical reasoning through clear explanations and step-by-step methods. Lessons are structured but engaging, using age-appropriate examples and practice questions similar to NAPLAN style tasks. Sessions typically run for 60 minutes and are adapted to each student’s level and learning pace. I work with primary school students of all abilities, from those needing extra support to high-achievers aiming to improve results.
