About Pritam
I’m a qualified Yoga Instructor with a PG Diploma in Yoga, practicing and teaching since 2023. I currently work as a Yoga Instructor at a yoga studio in South Kolkata. My teaching is rooted in traditional yoga, with a focus on mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and inner balance. I share my knowledge because I believe yoga is more than physical exercise—it is a way to build a stronger body, calmer mind, and healthier lifestyle. My goal is to make every class meaningful, peaceful, and inspiring while helping each student discover their potential through yoga.
