I am an enthusiastic and patient swim coach dedicated to helping learners of all ages build lasting comfort and skill in the pool. My teaching approach centres on safety, clear progressive instructions, and creating a calm, supportive environment where students never feel rushed. Every swimming session is customised to match your comfort level, personal goals, and pace in the water. For beginners and those looking to overcome water anxiety, we focus on gentle acclimatisation, balanced floating, relaxed submersion, and rhythmic breathing techniques. For intermediate swimmers, lessons concentrate on refining stroke mechanics across freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke, optimising propulsion, and building endurance efficiently.
