Experienced Civil Engineer with +15 years of experience in civil engineering, focuses on the construction industry. Recently, I conducted research to improve the delivery performance of Megaprojects by managing risks. In my research, I proposed a new risk management approach beyond the existing conventional approaches that it compromises for the first time a combination of practical measures that can be applied to manage and mitigate common risks in Megaprojects collectively in a better way.
