About Sandra
I am a certified Yoga Teacher (200h, 300h) specialised in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
With over 10 years of experience, I am looking forward to sharing my passion for yoga and mindfulness with you and guide you through your journey.
I approach my classes with a combination of both the physical part of yoga but also the spiritual side, the yogic pathway and lifestyle. My classes are focused on helping you find balance between your mind and body, as well as guiding you through a path of self development and self awareness through meditation, pranayama and mindfulness.
Small group classes:
I also offer classes for small group of people (3-4ppl) if you wish to practise with a small group of friends.

Hi yogi!
I am Sandra a certified Yoga Teacher specialised in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
I offer one-on-one private yoga classes, as I believe they are the perfect way to take your yoga practice to the next level. Whether you're a beginner (that doesn’t feel comfortable in big classes or wants a more personalised experience) or you are a seasoned yogi looking to refine or expand your practice, I am here for you.
Combining not only the physical activity of yoga but also the spiritual side of the yogic lifestyle, my classes are focused on helping you find balance between your mind and body, as well as guiding you through a path of self development and self awareness.
