About Meena
As a healthcare professional it’s my nature to be of help to my clients, I went on to become a yoga teacher to share the physical and mental transformations that this practice provides after my own life experiences. I found yoga was a system that improved my life in many aspects. Like a DIY toolkit when life’s challenges appear.
