About Adam
I've been teaching professionally for 15 years, offering private lessons to over 150 students ages 3 to 103. I've toured the country with rock, jazz, indie-rock, dance-pop, and hip-hop groups, and I help students find their own voice and calling with the piano.

Using a classical foundation, I intersect that world with jazz, and rock, and everything under the sun to create a comprehensive understanding of the instrument. Theory is brought in early to let students flow at their own pace. Multiple areas of focus are touched upon to allow for students to potentially choose an area of focus.
