About Santanu kumar
I am a Product Engineer at Inovaare Clouds Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with 4.5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building, scaling, and maintaining real-world enterprise systems. Beyond my role as a Product Engineer, I also lead and mentor a team of 5–6 engineers, where my responsibilities go far beyond coding. I actively train juniors, review designs, guide problem-solving approaches, and help engineers grow from fundamentals to production-ready development. My core strength lies in Java backend development, where I bring deep conceptual clarity combined with practical, industry-tested approaches. Alongside Java, I work extensively with Python, AWS, EKS (Kubernetes), Docker, and Angular, giving students exposure to modern full-stack and cloud-native development. Teaching has always been my passion. I strongly believe that the best learning happens when concepts are explained clearly, implemented practically, and connected to real industry problems. I carry this mindset into every session—breaking down complex topics into simple ideas, sharing real production scenarios, and guiding students the same way I train engineers in my organization.
