I am a native speaker of Croatian and a graduate professor of Croatian language and literature. I have over ten years of experience teaching in primary and secondary schools, and I have attended numerous professional development courses and achieved excellent results. My students have won first, second, and third place in county-level competitions. I also led a journalism club and a school newspaper that was nominated for national recognition several times. I would say that grammar and Croatian spelling are my specialties, but what I can offer you in particular is the opportunity to learn Croatian with the correct accent, i.e., the accent of standard Croatian, which is the official pronunciation in the Republic of Croatia. I have experience teaching foreigners. I taught two adult French women Croatian and a 10-year-old boy. You can practice conversation with me through informal chats, discussions of literary works, songs, or whatever you prefer.
