I am an experienced IT professional and software engineer with over 34 years of relevant industry experience, supported by an MSc in Data Engineering. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple domains of computing — including software development, systems design, and data engineering — applying structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to deliver effective technical solutions. My motivation to teach stems from a long-standing commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development. Having mentored colleagues and junior engineers over the years, I have developed a strong appreciation for the process of guiding others to achieve technical proficiency and academic success. I aim to provide students with a solid foundation in Computer Science and Software Engineering principles, combining theoretical understanding with practical, real-world application. My teaching approach is methodical, evidence-based, and tailored to each learner’s individual goals, ensuring that concepts are understood in depth and applied with confidence.
