About Pratty
I'm Pratyusha a.k.a Pratty - a chef baker with 10 years of experience. I specialize in French breads, sourdough, and viennoiseries like croissants and laminated pastries.
I ran a successful online bakery in my hometown with minimal equipment, leveraging my Instagram community as my market.
I bring my international exposure of having worked in top bakeries and 5-star hotels across UAE, Qatar, and Ivory Coast (West Africa).
I am excited to share with you the structure and strategies that helped me build my online business.
