Excellent! Brianna was polite and friendly, but her Superprof profile was misleading. It advertised a free first 60-minute lesson, but I was later told the free offer only applied to a consultation and the lesson would cost $100 (later discounted to $85). I pointed this out, but days later the profile still hadn’t been updated. I’m leaving 4 stars because she was genuinely kind and respectful.
