About Charlotte
With a background in professional ballet, I have always had a strong passion for movement, fitness and helping others feel confident in their bodies. My years of professional dance training have shaped my approach to teaching, with a focus on technique, strength, control and mindful movement.
I love creating sessions that are both challenging and enjoyable, adapting my teaching to each individual and their goals. Whether through Pilates, Barre or Sculpt, my aim is to help clients build strength, improve their movement and leave each session feeling energised and accomplished.

My private Pilates sessions take a dynamic and personalised approach, tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs. Sessions can focus on full-body strength, conditioning and mobility, or target specific areas depending on what the client wants to achieve.
Drawing on my professional ballet background, I incorporate a strong focus on technique, alignment, control and quality of movement, whilst keeping sessions challenging, varied and engaging. Each class is adapted to the client’s ability and develops as they progress.
