About Murat
I am 21 years old. I am a graduate of Hacettepe University, Department of Radiotherapy. I have been actively doing bodybuilding for 3 years. I am currently preparing for the competition. For the last 1-1.5 years, I have been helping my friends with their weight gain and loss goals and helping them achieve their goals. I changed many people, especially myself. Now I plan to change people with low wages.

First of all, we determine the person's goals and desires, and we draw a path together according to his goal. In this way, we prepare a nutrition program that will reveal how to eat and how to work, and that will allow the person to reach his goal as quickly as possible.
