About Janna
I have been a chef for 20+ years. I graduated from culinary arts school and restaurant management. I've been in charge of 10+ employees with all kinds of knowledge, experience, and of course personalities. I always take the time to explain what I am making. I make sure to have recipes ready for them to follow. Since I live in a colder climate I try to use local/seasonal ingredients that are available.
