About Solomon
I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in high level restaurants and hotels to a 2 aa rosttte standard, I have also worked with major events and contract catering companies and have worked in main blue chip cpmpanies in the city, i am a working chef so am still currently working for a high end events company in the city doing fine dining, canape and buffet style events with in-house pastries.
I have vast knowledge in every section in the kitchen including pastry, I have a industry standard level 2 diploma in professional cookery as well as all the health/food safety certification along with allergens.
I have taugh cookery at diffrent companies that i have worked for which included pastry and savoury cooking asell as how to cook on a budget or time poor.
I can teach you from learner all the way up to advanced level.

I like to teach people with a step by step method, telling them why the water has to be boiling before they put certain vegetbles in and why others are cooked in cold water, i find breaking cooking down makes it much easier for people to learn.
I have worked in many diffrent types of catering unit's, to date i have covered them all, restaurants, hotels, private hospital, pub so i know many diffrent styles of cooking socan assist with any cuisine and also help menu planning and costing for family do's or events from a couple hundred
I have cooked daily for between 100 -2000 people daily for the last 7 years, in establishment that expect exectional food every time so good favour, techniqe and skills have be ingrained into me.
