About Abid Sajjan
I am Abid, a Civil and Environmental Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in infrastructure, water, and environmental projects. My academic and professional background spans Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Environmental Science, subjects I use actively in my work, not just in theory.
I decided to start tutoring because I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, logical steps. I remember what it felt like to struggle with science subjects that were taught purely through memorisation, and I teach differently. My focus is always on understanding the "why" behind every concept.
I am patient, well-structured, and fully committed to every student I work with. I take time to understand each student's learning style and adjust accordingly. My goal is not just to improve grades, it is to build confidence and real competence in science that lasts beyond the exam.

My classes are designed to build genuine understanding, not just help students pass exams. As a practising Civil and Environmental Engineer, I bring real-world context to every topic making abstract concepts in Physics and Chemistry tangible and relevant.
Each session begins by identifying exactly where the student is struggling. From there, I build understanding step by step, using practical examples from engineering and environmental science that textbooks rarely include. I adapt my pace and style to each student, whether they need exam preparation, foundation building, or help with a specific topic.
My classes are suitable for GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate students. Sessions are conducted online via video call and are fully flexible around your schedule.
