About Kirk
In my 20 years with a global telecommunications corporation, I have served on the front lines of customer contact. My tenure is full of accomplishments and awards at an enterprise level.
With that being said, corporate policies can make human relationships difficult to build in a single contact.
My specialty has, and always has been a customer first approach. Understanding what people need to hear, even if the company cannot deliver. Language, communication, and real honest empathy are all tools that I've had more than two decades to develop.

We all believe that we know how to talk to people on the phone. However, there are a vast library of mistakes that we can make that can cause a poor experience for a customer, or to simply cause yourself stress and frustration within your role.
My lessons are language and communication centric. We will focus on common causes for escalations, how to easily broach sensitive topics like fees and billing issues, typically via a question-and-answer method along with role-play.
We will focus on delivering exceptional relationship driven experiences for your customers as it applies to your field. This may be anything from sales, billing, customer retention, or technical support.
This is class is designed for anyone seeking to improve their customer service skills in a professional setting or to prepare for a new role in a similar field.
