About Sonu
Hi! I’m Sonu, a passionate Dance, Zumba and Yoga instructor. I love helping people improve their fitness, confidence and body movement in a fun and positive environment. I teach Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Freestyle, Zumba and Yoga for beginners as well as experienced students. My classes are energetic, easy to follow and focused on individual goals. I believe learning should be enjoyable, so I always try to make every session motivating and comfortable for my students.

My classes are designed to make fitness enjoyable, energetic and effective. I teach Dance, Zumba and Aerobics with easy-to-follow movements suitable for beginners as well as experienced students. My sessions focus on improving fitness, flexibility, stamina, coordination and confidence while keeping the atmosphere fun and motivating. I provide personalized guidance according to each student’s fitness level and goals. Whether you want to learn dance, stay active, improve your fitness or simply enjoy a fun workout, my classes will help you achieve your goals with consistency and positive energy.
