About Sarahjane
I danced professionally for 10 year, nationally and internationally. I studied basic person nutrition. My life has always been based around keeping fit, and learning new fitness techniques and style for optimal performance in my profession. I have trained students in dance and fitness during my professional dancing years.

My teaching method is always demonstration and ensuring correct technique is applied to prevent injury. I strive to show people how fun and exciting exercise and healthy living can be. The results on not only seen, but felt in general well being and improved self confidence! The proof is in the pudding!
