About David
I do not take being a teacher of dance lightly. The instructors that I have had in my past and present have shaped me into who I am as an artist and I take that responsibility very seriously. I will always give my best to whoever I am instructing. Many of my students have told me I am therir favorite ballet teacher they have ever had and that makes me want to let more students have that experience. Ballet especially is such a rigid art form that so easily creates negative mental space. I consider it one of the most important aspects of teaching to not allow that to happen.

I have a strong love for dance, not only to dance but to share that love and training with others to absorb. It is extremely important for me to have a class where you feel challenged but also have freedom to have fun and have a positive experience. My students tell me that they love my class because I try to explain movement in different ways that have made me become an advanced dancer while giving positive reinforcement. The only thing I ask is for you to take risks and have an attitude to want to further your dance training.
