About Srinivas

With 15 years of experience as an English teacher, I am passionate about helping students develop strong English skills while building the confidence to express themselves effectively.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and practical. I believe that learning English should go beyond memorizing grammar rules—it should help students communicate clearly, think creatively, and use the language confidently in real-life situations.

Over the years, I have worked with students of different abilities and learning styles. I patiently identify their individual needs and adapt my lessons accordingly. My classes combine clear explanations, engaging activities, discussions, storytelling, grammar practice, reading, writing, and speaking exercises.

I create a friendly, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving step by step. I believe mistakes are a natural and valuable part of learning.

About the lesson

I am an English teacher with 15 years of teaching experience, and my approach is focused on making English learning clear, practical, interactive, and enjoyable. I believe that every learner has a different pace and learning style, so I adapt my teaching methods according to the needs, abilities, and goals of my students. My Teaching Techniques and Methods

I use a combination of traditional and modern teaching techniques. My classes include interactive discussions, questioning, storytelling, role plays, activities, examples from everyday life, vocabulary-building exercises, grammar practice, and multimedia resources. I encourage students to participate actively rather than simply listen to the teacher.

For grammar, I focus on understanding concepts through simple explanations, contextual examples, practice exercises, and real-life situations. For literature, I encourage students to understand the theme, characters, emotions, and values of a text rather than merely memorizing answers. I also give importance to developing the four essential language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Usual Structure of My Class

I generally structure my classes in the following way:

Warm-up/Introduction – I begin with a question, activity, or real-life situation related to the topic.
Concept Introduction – I explain the new concept in a simple and structured manner.
Interactive Learning – Students participate through discussions, questioning, pair/group activities, and examples.
Guided Practice – Students practice the concept with my support.
Independent Practice – Students apply what they have learned independently.
Recap and Assessment – I conclude with a quick revision, questions, or a short activity to check understanding.
My Special Features as a Teacher

My greatest strength is my ability to connect with students and make learning meaningful. With 15 years of experience, I have learned to identify students' strengths and areas where they need additional support.

I focus on creating a positive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves in English. I believe in building not only academic knowledge but also confidence, communication skills, creativity, critical thinking, and a love for the language.

I also use technology, interactive activities, quizzes, presentations, and creative learning resources to make my lessons more engaging. I regularly assess students' progress and modify my teaching strategies when necessary.

Who My Classes Are Intended For

My classes are primarily intended for school students, especially learners who want to strengthen their English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and communication skills.

I can support students at different levels and adapt lessons according to their individual requirements, whether they need academic support, examination preparation, communication skills, grammar improvement, or greater confidence in using English.

My ultimate goal as a teacher is to help students move from learning English to confidently using English in their academic, personal, and future professional lives.
