About Qiman
I received highly systematic professional training from an early age, studying at the High School Affiliated to the China Conservatory of Music before continuing into advanced performance studies. Over the years, I have taken part in numerous performances and workshops, which strengthened both my musical understanding and my ability to communicate it clearly to students. These experiences allow me to offer structured, reliable, and confidence-building lessons for learners of all ages and levels.

My teaching focuses on building solid technique while helping students enjoy expressing themselves through the erhu. I break each skill into simple steps, using clear demonstrations and patient guidance.
A typical lesson includes warm-ups, basic technique practice, and learning pieces at a comfortable pace. I give students specific practice goals so they always know what to work on between lessons.
What sets me apart is my professional training at the Central Conservatory of Music, 16 years of learning experience, and 5 years of teaching students of different ages and levels. I adapt my methods to each student and support them with an encouraging and structured approach.
My lessons are suitable for complete beginners, children, adults, and students who want to improve technique or learn new repertoire.
