About Joseph
I'm a professional freelance session guitarists who specializes in modern jazz, RnB, fusion and Progressive metal. I studied jazz performance in school and have been in "the game" since I graduated. I have done session work for various artist around Montreal as well as artists all over the world through the internet.

I base my teaching around what the student needs to know in order to properly execute their goals as a musician. I strongly believe in relating everything we play back to a theoretical understanding and analysis, as that is the most straight forward way to replicate it at will. As oppose to hopping it works out in a live environment. I also put a strong emphasis in the use of proper technique in order to execute any passage effortlessly in order to minimize the risk of injury and to build proper chops.
