About João Paulo

Classes are always given in the language to learn which accelerates people's learning to express themselves fluently in the foreign language. My priority is to understand what students' learning needs are, and then build a path to achieving the desired goals. In my experience of learning 4 languages fluently (besides Latin and Greek in which I have a high level of knowledge) and based on my studies of Language Philosophy done in Rome, I conclude that language learning is composed of input and output from abstract concepts that we have stored since childhood. Input is the process of reality outside our mind, that is, the understanding and abortion of a new communication structure in a language foreign to our mother tongue. To that end, we will practice in grammar the application of grammar by many already studied (or teach it if necessary) to see videos, songs and vocabulary areas that allow one to have direct contact with the language and expand the new area. of knowledge. Output is the process of expressing concepts in a language. The best means are the conversations we will have during class and the writing of texts that will be corrected. I am VERY PATIENT to listen to people in the learning process. We will try to give small tasks to write in English. In addition I will follow up on students' personal study by helping me with online platforms and learning techniques such as flash cards, learning strategies and so on.

About the lesson

I am a foreign graduate 1 year of study of humanities and languages in French in Canada, 2 years of study of humanities, languages and sciences in the United States, 4 years of philosophy study in Italian and English in Italy and a year of teaching In Mexico. My classes are largely based on language learning to learn, using the tools mentioned above with personal accompaniment to students.
