About Nora
I earned a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance, where I received focused training in advanced repertoire, ensemble collaboration, and tonal development. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students across diverse musical backgrounds, helping them build structured technique while encouraging creative exploration. My formal training established a strong foundation in both performance and pedagogy.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity of instruction, consistent accountability, and individualized growth. Each student receives a carefully structured lesson plan aligned with their personal objectives and musical interests. I maintain high standards while providing supportive mentorship to encourage sustained motivation and confidence.
Beyond teaching, I remain actively engaged in performance projects and continued technical study to refine my artistic perspective. Beginners focus on posture alignment, accurate chord transitions, and steady tempo development. Intermediate players refine alternate picking efficiency, dynamic variation, and improvisational structure. Advanced guitarists explore extended harmony, phrasing nuance, and performance psychology techniques designed to strengthen confidence under live conditions. Every session concludes with structured evaluation and personalized weekly practice guidance.
As skills mature, students gain creative independence and stylistic flexibility. My objective is to cultivate guitarists who balance disciplined technical reliability with authentic artistic expression.
