About Leila

I have 20 years' experience playing the guitar, and just under 10 years' experience teaching it (electric and acoustic). I have a first class degree in professional musicianship, and a diploma (distinction) in guitar. I have lots of studio/radio/touring experience.

About the lesson

I feel very confident tutoring beginner/intermediate players. Keen to guide students in whichever area they see fit (theory/live/studio etc..or even if your goal is to just learn your favourite tunes!), I like to tailor lessons around the student's personal goals to keep things motivating and enjoyable.
Feel free to drop me a message if you're interested, and we can discuss info/fees etc!

Leila and I have played music together for 7 years - she helped to teach me when I was starting out. Leila explains things in an easy to understand way and is very patient. I never feel like I am being rushed and I feel confident asking any questions even if they might be silly!
