About Dance with
I am Meghna Thakur, an Indian classical dancer. Completed my bachelor's degree and master's degree from Rabindra Bharati University. Have dance-related papers published in national and international journals. I basically teach yoga, Kathak dance, folk dances, Rabindra Nritya, Indian dances and its extensive theory.

Dance is not just practical or just a performance. It is like a bird having two wings. The theory and practical. If you have proper knowledge about the two aspects and do yoga properly, then only you can be a proper artist, a dancer.
