About Tabea Magdalena
Hi,
I am a qualified teacher with completed teacher training in Germany (Referendariat) and a background in modern, student-centred education. Alongside my teaching degree, I have a strong focus on educational counselling, which allows me to support students not only academically but also in their learning process as a whole.
During my studies and practical training, I specialised in educational support, learning development, and individualised teaching approaches. I have experience working with children and teenagers in different school settings, supporting them with homework, learning difficulties, exam preparation, and overall academic progress.
In addition to my teaching qualification, I have professional training in educational counselling. This helps me understand learning challenges on a deeper level and support students in building motivation, structure, and confidence.
My work is guided by a calm, respectful, and structured approach. I believe that every student can succeed when they are given the right support, clear explanations, and a positive learning environment.
I also have experience working with a wide range of learners with different needs, school levels, and learning styles. This allows me to adapt my lessons individually and find the approach that works best for each student.

# About the Lessons
My lessons are designed to provide structured, supportive, and individualised learning help for students who need guidance with schoolwork, homework, and overall academic development.
With a background in teacher training and professional educational counselling, I focus not only on completing tasks but on helping students understand content, build learning strategies, and develop confidence in their own abilities.
Each session is adapted to the student’s age, school level, and personal needs. We start by identifying current challenges, school demands, and individual goals. From there, I create a clear and realistic learning plan that supports both short-term success and long-term improvement.
During the lessons, I explain tasks step by step, use examples, and guide students through their homework or study materials. I encourage active participation and help students learn how to approach problems independently rather than relying on memorisation or guessing.
A key focus of my work is motivation, structure, and emotional support. Many students struggle not because of ability, but because of uncertainty, stress, or lack of structure. My goal is to create a calm and encouraging learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make progress at their own pace.
Lessons may include:
