About Laith
Hi, I'm Laith — and I understand that choosing the right tutor is an important decision. You want someone who genuinely knows their subject, has real teaching experience, and is fully committed to helping you succeed. Here's why I'm confident I can deliver that.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating with Dean's High Honors — an academic distinction awarded to the top-performing students in my program. This isn't just a certificate; it reflects years of dedication, discipline, and a deep mastery of every subject I teach.
Beyond academic achievement, I bring real classroom experience that most tutors simply don't have. I served as a Teaching Assistant at university level for four core courses — Circuits I, Circuits II, Electronics I, and Electronics II — working directly alongside professors to deliver course material, run problem-solving sessions, and support students one-on-one. I also designed and delivered lab tutorials in Power Systems and Electronics, giving me a strong practical dimension to my teaching.
This means that when you sit down with me, you're not learning from someone who just studied the material — you're learning from someone who has already stood in front of students, explained tough concepts under pressure, and helped them pass.
I hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism in every session: I arrive prepared, I respect your time, I communicate clearly, and I always follow up to make sure you've understood.

WHO I AM
I'm Laith, an Electrical Engineering graduate based in Dubai, holding a Dean's High Honors distinction and hands-on teaching experience as a University Teaching Assistant for Circuits I & II and Electronics I & II, as well as a Lab Tutorial Instructor for Power Systems and Electronics.
WHO MY LESSONS ARE FOR
I tutor both high school students (GCSE, A-Level, IB) and university students across all years. My subjects cover Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Circuit Analysis, Signals & Systems, Control Systems, Power Systems, and the full EE curriculum. I teach comfortably in both English and Arabic.
MY TEACHING APPROACH
Every student learns differently, so I never follow a one-size-fits-all method. My approach is built on three principles:
• Concept-First Learning — I make sure you understand the "why" behind every topic before touching formulas or calculations. This builds real, lasting understanding.
• Adaptive Teaching — I assess your level and learning style from the very first session and continuously adjust my pace and explanation style to match how you think.
• Practice-Driven Progress — I combine theory with worked examples and guided problem-solving, encouraging you to attempt questions independently before we review together.
️ LESSON STRUCTURE
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, though 90-minute sessions are available for students who need deeper coverage or exam preparation. Both online and in-person sessions are available across Dubai.
